Don't know if anyone else is having this problem but for two matches in a row my krogan vanguard will suddenly start to float above the ground. This prevents me from being able to take cover since I will suddenly stand on the crate or railing where I tried to crouch. When I try to run I will either run in place or move very slowly with my character jumping up and down. Durning m last match my character then fell through the ground and then shot up to the point where i could look down and see the whole map. I can't say for sure when this starts. Its either after I charge an enemy who is n a higher level or when I try to do a running vault over a railing.

I've experienced this too, on many different classes, not just vanguard. Usually I eventually start floating higher in the sky or fall through the map. It's annoying to quit a game on wave 9 because of this.

It generally happens due to the glitchiness of biotic charge. Most vanguards can't go 2 charges without floating. It's annoying but I think Bioware is working on it.
