Seriously though, after hearing that bachelor party in ME2 I haven't been able to look at an Asari without thinking "is that what she actually looks like...?" There's definately something...wrong about them.

Though, Aria is definitely my favorite asari, along with Samara.

Pfft, token basement dweller pleasing race. If the Asari were all dudes no one would care about em, if Liara's character was duplicated in male form people would think shes boring. . . which she is. . . just basement dwellers see " OMG blue aliens hot hot hot"
Cool story bro.

The asari hoarding the prothean tech for themselves to hold dominance over everyone else didn't exactly pull them into my top 10.

I'll admit.

At least it gave them a flaw. The entire race was bordering very close to being one full of Sues.

I find it odd how most of the human characters tend to be less liked, yet the most popular alien species is the least original and most like humanity. Truly it boggles the mind.
Because asari are pure fanservice. An entire race of blue space lesbians appeals to a pretty big demographic, I guess.

Looks the same to me. Seriously, all quarian women have curvaceous hips and shapely bodies. So why is Tali's shapeliness significant? Because she's Tali.Shajar wrote...

Well, I have a hard time judging any videogame character by their body, since they all typically have identical Hollywood bodies. After a while you get a bit desensitized. Think Tali has a nice body? Shala'Raan's body is identical. Think Kaidan has a nice body? Identical to Harkin's.
But faces -- faces can add a degree of appeal, and variance.
No they are different, Shala'Raan and Multiplayer quarians uses old ME1 (Tali)/ME2 default npc quarian female body , Tali has unique
To be fair .. Tali was the only Quarian seen in ME1 when the fandom started .. it took off when she became available in ME2.

Very true. Personally, it seems to me that quarians and krogan are the most developed and interesting races.Sparatus wrote...
