so this is what happened yesterday.i saved up over 180,000 credits to buy spectre packs on mp. first one went through, still no krogan or batarian characters. next one gave me an error prompt and told me to call customer service. tried again same error prompt , no packs but my credits were still removed for the transaction!! WTF???? called psn was put on hold for 20 mins then she politely told me to call EA and see if they could help. called EA was on hold for 30 mins and they said they would email me about the issue. still have not heard back. now today i've been disconnected from the EA server 3 times in the las hour and booted twice form MP matches.What is going on?? what happens to the credits i used for packs i did not get??

It's called bad luck and it happens to a lot of us.
There is nothing you can do. Although, one time when this happened to me, after going offline and coming back, I had a new gun. So maybe it did go through later on, just I didn't get to see what I got?

This happens to me almost every other purchase I make. But if I log off multiplayer and log back in, I *do* have new stuff. It's really frustrating, but at least I'm not losing the credits. Check and see if you've got anything new?
