Hi there,
apologies if this is not the right place to ask this, but since this is about the vault and therefore at least somewhat module related I'll just try. Mods, please feel free to move this thread if you think it belongs elsewhere.
Yesterday I found myself unable to log into the nwn2vault allthough I am 100% sure my password is correct. after a few futile attempts I assumed something is wrong and it's agood idea to reset my password. I entered my mail address and got a "Success! you will receive an email soon" message. Since then more than 12 hours have passed and still nothing.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Have I just been stupid and missed a post/announcement somewhere?

Yes, it's a common problem, I waited for about two months until I managed to contact a member of the staff through other means. Send a normal email (not through the Vault) to maximus@vaultnetwork.com.

It shouldn't, the Vault email system is broken so your email most likely never was delivered.

Unfortunately, the problem today seems to be a bit deeper than NwVault, as *I* am unable to access my admin tools :-(

Same problem. Started happening to me about a year or so ago. I've had to get a mod to reset me three times already. So if one of you ladies/gent's would be so kind as to reset me once again, I'd be most grateful.

I am definitely having this problem right now, very frustrating how the CAPTCHA's won't work for anything... including registering again (heh).
