Vega's a knucklehead. He's an okay guy.

I don't quite get where he stands on relationships yet. He has some odd responses to both broShep and femShep. I suppose the cartoon will tell.

I like Vega, but hell, I like all the squad mates in their strengths and flaws. To me, they are all good characters.

And what is this about a cartoon? Like a actual tv show!?! Why Bioware? Why?

He's alright. Nothing special, but not bad either. He's just sort of... there.

I liked him. He was a lot smarter than he was made out to be.

I really liked James. I think the writers did a great job (I think Mac Walters wrote him?) and Freddie Prinze Jr. was spot on with all of the VO work.

I started liking him more and more when I started taking him on more missions. Yes, he didn't have a lot of interesting personal insights into some stuff but what he did say was great. Like his "dinosaur" comment on Javik's mission. I wish he was introduced earlier in the series.

Oh, and dude can tear up some reapers.  I always take him with me on Grunt's mission and Priority: Earth.

Yep.  Nothin' shreds up a cluster of Cannibals quite like James tossin' them a pineapple.  Unless of course you're a Soldier class yourself and have your own...

Love Vega, unfortunately for him his biggest flaw is that everyone likes ME2 characters better with the exception of Jacob, I would prefer Jack, Zaeed, and Grunt over him anyday no offense bro but I would toss your *ss out an airlock for anyone of them in a heartbeat

I liked Him form the moment he crashed that shuttle.. I kinda wish He was a Romance opption for FemShep.
that and i wish he got a better intro. a better introduction. he was just thrown in there. and Shepard Knows him ..if you haven't read the books,comics...ect then, he is lost...
i would have liked a line or something that tells you how Shepard and Vega Know each other..

He was likable and funny, but an unnecessary character imo. Much rather have had Grunt or an already established character.

For me he's only one step above Jacob. I will change him for any ME2 character.

I liked him plenty - Vega is a Kaidan/Jacob type character done right. He's also very useful as a squadmate and entertaining on missions. His and Garrus' pissing contest in the mess is one of my favorite scenes on the Normandy. On my first playthrough I used him and Garrus almost exclusively.

Plus, console kicking.
