I created three characters & uploaded them a few weeks ago.  Since then, I've rebuilt my machine with Win7, and today installed the character creator again.  The problem is, whilst I can log into my account just fine from within the char creator, the "modify/delete character" button is greyed out, so I don't appear to be able to call up my previous characters.

On this website, I can see the first character I created, but not the other two...they seem to have disappeared.

Any thoughts?  Cheers.
