I recently picked up the Archon Visor and noticed when you equip it and start a mission, it turns into the breather helmet.  Every mission I've tried to do with it equipped, turns into the same thing over and over.

This may be because some missions require you to have a full coverage helmet. For instance, the geth dreadnought. Otherwise, not sure.

Yea check on multiple missions. When I didn't know better I thought this was a bug too, but it wasn't.
