 I got my victory pack for operation goliath on the 360, but no commendation pack pack for it. I also did not get ANY packs for operation raptor, and I haven't gotten ANY packs AT ALL on my copy for the PC. WTF is going on?

They still haven't announced that they're done fixing them. You guys really gotta stop making these threads, it will only make the forum mods angry and indignant =)

Ya, you wouldn't want to cause an EA/Bioware employee a minor inconvenience. I mean it's not as though some of the people are paying real cash for stuff and not getting the product in return. Whenever I go to the grocers and order a pound of cheese and they take my money and don't give me anything I just shutup and walk out quietly so as to not upset the fragile employees.

Too bad, it's their job to hear it as this is the customer support forum not the employee breakroom forum.

There is a lot of dissatisfaction with what has happened to the Victory Packs and Commendation Packs that were supposed to be given to those that earned it during Operation Raptor.

Could you please just update the situation as to the status of this on the forum? It would make a lot of fans happy. We understand that a lot is going on and it may not even get fixed, but at least let us know. Not saying anything is doing more damage than telling us it cannot be fixed.

So it looks like there is still hope.  I am glad I received a response from BioWare and do believe they care and are trying; just wish they would communicate a little more for the fans.

I have completed all the weekend challenges goliath, raptor and etc (played on PC with feedback on) but never got any commendation pack. Till now, I received victory packs only.. Hopefully EA/Bioware could solve this issue. n May I know which region are not included in these challenges? FYI, I'm from South East Asia region.

Still no packs of any kind, ticket 03611054 has been open for a week with nothing but a "Please watch the forums". You would think they'd fix yesterdays challenge before starting another? (or 2)

No Victory or Commendations packs here. I'm sure the devs know that there's a problem, so we'll see.
