Have this really annoying (and head ache inducing) problem with Geth Hunter mode on my laptop. works fine on my desktop PC (nvidia gtx460), but here on my laptop ATI hd5470 (i know its an underpowered gpu, but its playable on lowest settings.), i really can't play with the infiltrator because of blurry and overlapping stuff. like an after image. on everything. 

does it have something to do with my low end GPU?

Laptop video cards are just not supported due to issues like this.
try updateing all drivers and defrag the only thing i can think off.
