Aouch Just received a package with :

two lithos, three tshirts, a hoodie, and a mini normandy... It was divised in two packages and arrived in Belgium with 60$ of additional taxes... AOUCH (

Had anyone else already had this ?

I did.

If you paid customs twice because one order was sent in more than one package you can contact customer service they'll refund you. They will need to see receipts though.

I made a report case because one of the two littos were badly cracked ! I'll mention that !

They will probably just send you a new one if you provide pictures.

Regarding the customs thing it could take a little time for them to provide a refund. 1-2 weeks in my case.

Ok ! Thank you a lot for taking the time of respond ! It they do refund half of the taxes that would be great.. Because 60$ ouch !
