Maybe in config txts or something?  After playing multiplayer i do not like the slow motion and  would prefer everything in real time.  I'm talking about the slo mo effects with sniper zoom and vanguard charge.

If I'm not wrong the sniper zoom one is duw to a modification of your rifle. Remove it and it should be gone.
