Hell, my family's from the butthole of the former Confederate States of America and one of my better friends I play with is Mexican. Neither of us have heavy accents speaking normally, but we can effect it if we want. Makes for some hilarious trolling online, especially when our black friend gets on.

That's because the single player made us all teh gay. We'd make more homophobic comments if we could get our mouths off peener. That's why everyone's so quiet in voice chat, you know.

Wow. This is one of the reasons I prefer single player games without voice chat these days. I saw the title of the thread and thought initially the OP might have kicked because of the difficulties with handling multi-lingual voice chat (as in Players A, B, and C are from the same country and speak only one language, whereas player D is from a different country and does not speak A, B, or C's language) in a combat situation, but this sounds like total trollery.

It's not too bad.

On average, people are generally pretty decent.  On occasion, you run into an idiot.

Online games are no exception.  On average, most people are pretty relaxed and groovy.  Sometimes you draw the short straw and a wild mouthbreather appears.



I play quite a few games online, most of them shooters.  I've noticed on average that ME3's multiplayer seems to draw those with a higher maturity level than say, CoD or Halo.


So, sorry OP.  You got a bad batch last time.  Don't let it ruin your experience.  Think of all the matches you've played that DIDN'T have a xenophobic idiot in them, and move on.

What a glaring display of ignorance. I happen to be an American who knows that Spain is across the pond and has nothing to do with Mexico. And I'm not sure why anyone would have an issue playing with either a Mexican or a Spaniard. If you can hold down your end of the game, what's the issue?

But then, I tend to play early morning which means I play with a lot of internationals. If I had a xenophobia issue, I'd be awful onely.
