The fact that the ending is so terrible/rushy/brainless/illogic etc... does not change the fact that the work on the rest of the game (and the trilogy) deserve to be praised as one of the very best pieces of the 8th art.

Overall, thanks you BW team, from concept art to coding to balancing to obtain the best possible result, the SF fictional genre has one more iconic figure.

I'd like to echo this sentiment.

If you work at Bioware, and are receiving any "hate" from the ending, but had nothing to do with how it turned out, I feel sorry for you, I really do.  I hope you don't take it personal, but I know I'd feel a bit of shame right now if I worked for Bioware (and had no input on how the story played out).

Just know that the ire isn't directed at you, but those actually responsible for the ending.

S'true. ME3 looks and sounds and feels gorgeous, the characters are lovely in every way and there are so many little touches for longtime fans that weren't strictly necessary, you can really feel a lot of love in this game.

We haven't forgotten that - promise!

Agreed, there are many more employees at BW who had nothing to do with ME3's ending, many of them probably worked in some way on ME3. 

I applaud BW for making the Mass Effect series of games.  If the games weren't so good we would care, we wouldn't have grown so close to our Shepard's and our crew, we wouldn't have spent years getting to know these characters and discussion the games.   That's a testament to BW's great storytelling and game creation.  

If I worked at BW and assuming I found out about the ending prior to launch, I would know to brace for the huge reaction we see.  I guess that also would assume I was a fan of Mass Effect.   But that's allot of assumptions so I'm sure many at BW were blindsided. 

That all said I'm still:     about how it the ending.
