My Shepard can't get down from the building (after you got the two needed codes and are about to return to Javik's pod). When I attempt to have her go down that ladder she goes into position,the music plays...but she doesn't actually move down.
I've tried reloading sometime during this mission,restarting the mission and loading an earlier place in the game. Same problem.
Any ideas?
