 Hello I posted previously and got no reply at all.

During a cutscene towards the end of the game in London (Directly after fighting off a banshee and horde of cannabils on the roof top and having to survive until you get picked up by Anderson and co in a small ship)

The cutscene begins as normal, then all Dialogue audio cuts out and when the scene ends the xbox freezes up and needs to be reset.

After Anderson says " Give hammer the all clear " @ 4.16 the freeze occours and the xbox has to be reset.

I'm thoroughly pissed after spending £45 on a game I cannot even finish. I've cleared the cache, tried it on a brand new xbox, loaded an earlier save, installed it to the HDD to no avail.

Having bought the previous 2 games brand new on release and other Bioware titles like dragon age, I'd at least expect Bioware to acknowledge my problem and help me out instead of completely ignoring me...........Its also a great way to lose any future business from people, selling broken products and not offering any support.
