It'd be cool to do so...

but me personally "I would like to not know that they were."
it would be distracting/ make me try harder but to only end up failing more.

even if i've played with or was to play with devs. and they said that they were a dev
I'm 99% likely to be inclined to not believe that person.

why? oh some people really like to lie.
I'm on live mostly, pubs
silver is more fun.

You should get their ID's and troll them with non-stop character cards.

Edit: Actually wait a second, did I ever kick you?

the bioware guys ever they ever made soem form of dev vs player type random match should assume control of enemy type characters, would be funny them entering random matches assisting the enemy waves, bonus credits for downing a dev assisted team, only you wouldnt know its them unless teh chars seemed remarkably un-npc like in their movements/actions :D

I'm also in game almost nightly on x-box. I don't usually mention that I'm with BioWare though. It's really a lot of fun to just be another fan and play the game with folks.

To a certain extent this already happens right now. I play a lot of MP on Xbox both with other staff and in pub groups. Many times we've had a group of two/three staff and the third/fourth slots open as public. Fun times and we've seen some crazy good players that way.

And yes I've been kicked from lobbies because someone didn't agree with my class/weapon choices ;)

I play PC as well though many BioWare staff do play Xbox. Bryan and I spent many a Friday evening in multiplayer perfecting our strategies during development.

I usually go by Ghost or some iteration thereof.

Would it be hard to implement something like this for fun and maybe event weekends?

I mean the button layout for controlling them wouldn't be that hard. Similar to how our powers are already set...

Banshee AoE Scream bubble - LB
Banshee Mega Warp Ball - Y
Banshee Biotic Rush - RB
Banshee Instakill - Heavy Melee B
Banshee Regular Melee - Right Trigger
Banshee ***ch Scream - A
Threat Pointing @ characters - Hold A + Movement direction (like run)

:D

I think I could really get into the banshee character myself.

In Reactor, Wave 1 Bronze starts... the newbs have no idea what is coming for them
Suddenly they hear... the scream. And freeze. Over the mic you hear someone say, "WTF?! I thought this was Bronze?! Banshee's aren't until Wave 5 right? What the heck is going on?!"

Then you appear around the corner from them with a horde of meatballs and marauders behind you. Stop and scream again then point in the direction of the N7 group directing your hordes in their direction. Throw power ball, then charge the guy you pointed at with a fury dead set on instakilling him before someone wants to waste a rocket and while they are wiping it out you do one last AoE Bubble scream before eating a Cobra missile because you scared the **** out of them!

Haha! Yes Mannie89. We are not synthetics, though I suspect my colleagues often. Bryan especially.

I am going to be celebrating 25 years with my wife this coming June. We have three kids...and they are also organic, I think. :)

This platform does not appreciate you trying to expose; while it is trying to pretend to be human

I never kick people unless a friend is trying to join. But even then I feel really awful about it. I like playing with people, and I spend a lot of time experimenting with weird, unconventional, or unreliable builds, so I can't throw stones if someone else isn't optimal.

This just made my day. Now I really really really really want to find you ingame, just so I can tell you how damn much I laughed at that, and I'm glad to know we're on the same platform.

As you should! JK

Yeah this thread is pretty cool.

PS. what are the chances of making equipment packs permanent? I know that you guys also have to run out of consumables at some point

As I have said, a lot of us read the forums just not post that often.
