My character still has a preset face when I import my ME 2 character. Patch dd nothing about that

Mine is too.
I got around
to testing it tonight (saves were elsewhere and not exactly super
convenient to get) as I wanted to see how close I had come in
recreating my character only to get the old Jane Doe Shepard face...
Pretty disappointing but not as critical as other bug. Hopefully, they will get around to fixing all of them.

I don't think that Bioware will fix the remaining issues.
In your case you most probably need to erase the wrong face code from your ME2 save games.
