Have both the PS3 and the PC version... I'd say get the PC version. After that first play-through (which is great regardless of platform) the console version gets old real fast, really really fast.
But the PC doesn't? It's the exact same identical game.....provided it can even run on the PC. I've playe through about 5 times on the 360.....there's nothing getting old about playing again with other classes, origins and making different choices. The only real difference between the two versions is that one is guaranteed to run and has nearly no issues while the other isn't and has tons of issues.
I am sorry but i must insist that the PC experience is much better for far more than just prettier visuals. The PC has an overhead view that makes battles that much more dynamic and tactical when needed, the combat is not dumped down to fit "console" needs and is the "true" way to play it and not the fast and frantic fragefest that is the console version. I really dont understand what you mean by saying that the PC version is not running properly. My PC is far from being considered top notch but the game runs beautiful without crashes and whatnot. A player that does game on his PC will be able to do things to avoid bad and corrupted hard disk and OS problems that most games just love to crash because of them.
I have the game on both PC and PS3 and the PS3 version is seriously lacking heavily when faced against the PC version of the game in everything techical and gameplay wise. If i were to score the game in both formats i would put and 8 in the PC version and a very leniant 5 on the PS3 version. Yes its THAT much different and worse from the PC version. I reckon the same goes for the 360 version.
We can already add custom mods and whatnot and the PC version is just seriously ahead of the console travesty. The console version is only good enough for those without a fine PC (and as i said i play the game on my 2.5 year old PC beautifully) but its just not the same game and deffinately not the same experience.
