Has anyone gotten their codes yet? Were they packaged with your game?

I haven't received my game yet. I'm just curious. I vaguely remember reading that the codes would be sent in an email.

I haven't recieved anything, but a deduction from my bank account. I wish I could get my wife to wiggle her rear like Samantha from Bewitched wiggles her nose and magicly conjur up my CE.

It'd be nice to have it in my hands, but if it happened like that, the game would have to wait for a few while I took off her brazier my dear.
