The Talimancers have it rough. You either pick control or synthesis and die or chose destroy and will never get to have full contact sex because the Geth won't be around to enhance Quarian immune systems.
At least I failed miserably at romancing Tali (and everyone else) and picked control to make things better for Garrus.

Actually, she states that she has no more negative reations to Shepard after their love scene before the Cerberus Base, so there's that at least.

Unless the places we went to were located in the sticks, I reckon Rannoch needed way more of these in game.
It fits the description of it being like a memorial and cemetery in the second game, that the Geth have been preserving it and rebuilding parts.
Instead we seemed to get a Death Valley-esque landscape?
