Find TIM's cannon that destroyed a Reaper (yes, he says they found it in ME2). Copy it to small scale so that it can be fitted to ships (even if it's less powerful, it's certain to be stronger than a Thanix cannon if it left a huge scar in a planet). Proceed to own the Reapers.

Alternately, upload Windows Vista into a Reaper. That should do it.

Another possibility is to say "screw it" and just sacrifice this cycle. Take the militaries outside the galaxy using conventional FTL (sort of like the Quarian flotilla). A few hundred years later the Reapers leave, laughing all the way. Then you use the Prothean plan of recreating galactic civilization, and you have at least a few centuries to advance the galaxy and when the Reapers return. . . . well, let's just say 50k years is a lot of time.

I think installing windows vista should devastate all reapers in BSOD!!!

Open a Stargate to alternate dimensions. Acquire new war assets, including:

- The Naval forces of the Imperium of Man (Tell them the Reapers are heretics).
- The Star Wars Imperial Navy and Death Star
- The Rebel Alliance
- The Covenant Armada (Again, tell them the Reapers are heretics).
- The UNSC from Halo 4 (Which would include Spartan IVs).
- The Doctor.
- The Cylon fleet.
- The Battlestar Galactica.
- The Star Trek Federation
- The Klingon Empire.
- EVE Online Players (Tell them the Reapers were griefing their miners).

I'm partial to using the majesty of song. If that fails interpretive dance. I think they would just peace out and self destruct if it came to that.

1. Disturb garrus' calibrations then blame the reapers
2. Expand on sanctuary research control reapers blow up Canada With reaper army
3. Install testicular platform sensors on the reapers then proceed to kick them with a giant shoe

4. Release two great scifi rpg games and get the reapers emotionally invested in them, then the third game will have a terrible nonsense ending that will completely undermine all the decisions theyve made in the previous two games and the reapers will systematically self destruct in a suicidal rage

If you really want to shut them down quick, upgrade them to Windows Millenium

The power lies in the 80's - the Autobot Matrix of Leadership. Its killed giant metallic gods before if memory serves. (Sadly its a superweapon, so it can't be used) In which case similar strategy from the movie - find its weakest point/ way to physically pass through its kinetic barriers, smash its through its eyes (if it has any) and kill it from inside. Listening to music by Stan Bush is optional, but advised.

No more Mr Nice Guy and I Love the Dead by Alice Cooper could be substituted for Stan Bush if you so choose

If the Reapers are giant robot space squid, why don't we get a bunch of giant robot space whales to eat them all?

Are you suggesting that giant robot space whales are migratory?

Equip the Galaxy's finest soldiers (Krogan Battlemasters, Human N7, Salarian STG, Turian Blackwatch, SPECTREs, etc.) with ultra-long lasting tactical cloaks, arm them with highly explosive bombs (nuclear? dark energy?) and have them infiltrate the heart Reaper territory on a given planet (where the Reapers likely expect no resistance and thus have their guard down) - KABOOM!

No super weapons is vague
I stick by my form of fighting by crashing mas relays into planets. or detonating entire planets to take out even a single reaper.
Blowing up suns to create supernovas
are those superweapons, i dont think so
