So, I've been waiting for my Commendation pack since the end of Operation Raptor and I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT! I've read these articles that you're "Working" on it and what not but that still doesn't seem to be getting anywhere because today I was supposed to get a Reserves Pack but I got absolutely nothing... That is now two packs I have yet to get from these events, minus Operation: Goliath, from which I received my Commendation and Victory Packs just fine. I have tried to find a way to contact EA support about this but all they have are links that circle back to the same dang page I've looked at 50 times and theres no way to call them, email them, or ask a question about the game... Basically, I've pretty much accepted that I won't get the Commendation Pack because my friend said he emailed support and got it a few days before the deadline ended. But I'd really like the reserves pack...

In case you didn't read that, let me spell it out for you-v
- My "Feedback" box in options has been checked since day one, that is NOT the issue.
- My accounts are linked just fine, I recieved both packs from Goliath but only the Victory from Raptor.
- I promoted my Adept class and my Soldier class two days before the freaking event ended, no issue there either.

Problems with the EA support-v
- The links lead in circles with no clear option for "Asking EA directly". Just a bunch of useless topics that I read quite a few times already.
- The links about the actual event provided no help either, yet that is where I was told to go...

Basically, I either want a link to how I can actually contact EA, or a word on my packs... <_<

Also, I've tried looking at these "Threads" on the forums claiming to have the issue explained but I still have yet to see a direct answer..

I still haven't received either of the two commendation from Goliath and Raptor.

I understand there are some problems with the rewards from OP: Raptor but i should atleast have received my OP: Goliath rewards.

Two people waiting for answers here... Either that or a direct link to a way to email/call EA Customer Support.

I also realize there are problems with the Raptor rewards, but my friend contacted EA and got his Commendation pack? That doesn't make any sense?

I contacted EA support a few hours before the deadline. They told me the deadline did not matter and that I would receive both packs soon. Still waiting though.
