I've actually started watching his videos since this whole debacle started, and I really like him. Plus, he kinda has a radio voice!
I watched it already and completely agreed.
If there's one good thing about the ending debacle, it's that it introduced me to this guy, Archengeia, and Jeremy Jahns.
Yeah I already saw Jeremy Jahns review of the ending and the game. The guy seems to be a nice chap with a great sense of humor and he also explains very well how the ending(s?) suck and what a complete fail bioware achieved. And it's true one of the good things about all this nightmare is that I've met and known a bit about other people's thoughts and opinions I wouldn't have if this hadn't happened. Not only on youtube but also here. It's a positive way of seeing it.

The credibility of BioWare as a quality RPG company is at stake. I don't care about their PR blunders; there's a lawsuit hanging over their heads and if they admit anything publicly then the FTC might end up taking action and causing serious problems (unlikely, I know, but there you have it). I also don't care if it takes three months or an entire year to fix the end. What I do care about is that it gets fixed. If it doesn't, then the credibility damage will only grow and we risk losing one of the cornerstones of the American videoRPG market. I really don't want that. I want to see BioWare succeed. I want Dragon Age 3 to be awesome. And I want whatever follows Mass Effect to be even better.

I haven't seen anything else quite like it on the boards. To bad it will never happen. The best we have to hope for is IT...

The people who are writing these press releases with the tone he finds so aggravating (and I definitely agree with him on that aspect) are not the same people who are going to be writing the DLC. And to generalize every single person who works at BioWare as if they all have the exact same mindset and thought process going into this situation is oversimplifying the situation. I agree that if the same folks who wrote the press releases and PR during this period were writing the ending DLC, I wouldn't be very optimistic.
But instead, it's being written by the writing team, a team that has created a great saga up until the disastrous ending, and who I'm sure want to do something to help fix this situation. While they haven't come right out and said it, we've seen hints from folks like Patrick that they can see the flaws in the ending as it stands, and I doubt that they're going into this with the mindset of "Well, we'll give these folks a half-assed 'conclusion' because they weren't brilliant enough to see our genius." People who thought like that wouldn't have given us the great game that we got up to that point, I don't think.
So while I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, I won't let a dismissive press release or two keep me from being cautiously optimistic about what the DLC could bring. If it's garbage, so be it: I'll join this guy in his decision not to buy BioWare products in the future. But I'm willing to give the writing team at BioWare another shot at this, at least.

Your time must be so important. My time is too so I'll respectfully decline. You could always let it play in the background and *gasp* do something else at the same time.

I could, but would I get humorous or personal enjoyment form watching a video of someone just saying their personal opinion on camera. Also, would it be better than listening to a stream on justin tv and supporting someone I actually find funny as he and his firends discuss various topics in what is a free to watch podcast, and also, the host of the justin tv vidoes is nice enough to make TL;DW clips from the full segments.
See, one cares about the fans, and the other wants me to sit through his journal entries for 49 minutes.
Well, tuesday tech talk here I come,
see you guys later.

This was their and our game, no..Series, And we all did invest ourselves into it.
They put in their time, effort and passion into it just as we put in our time, effort and passion into it, And we all deserved better. Bioware genuinly deserved to create a series that would go down as one of if not "The Best Sci-fi videogame series ever created" and ride the positive wave from fans, to feel that "Yes! We've made something our fans liked and our efforts paid off", instead of dealing with the current outrage.
And we deserved to be the ones that would give Bioware that feeling, to have our loyalty, devotion and trust returned and rewarded. To be the ones who enjoyed their products and would elevate the series up into the sky, rather then feeling betrayed, frustrated and having felt to cause this outrage in order to try to be heard.
Nobody wanted this to happen, nobody at Bioware wanted the Fans to be angry and frustrated and none of the Fans wanted to have to be frustrated with Bioware.
But this is where we ended up, I don't know if things will be okay again between us. We can certainly hope but I think this is a thought not only us members have shared but also those that oversee the Forums like Stanley, Jessica and so on.
"Can this entire thing actually be fixed?"
