Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in. If not, could you kindly direct me to the proper forum?

I've recently transferred my PS3 account from an older PS3 to a newer one and upon activating my account, I have discovered that all of the DLC that came bundled with the purchase of my games (Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age 2, and Mass effect 2) are no longer available, with no record of my ever having had it in the first place. The DLC that I have purchased is still there, but none of the free content. How do I reclaim my missing content? I really hope to have that content back, as I can no longer play my save data in Mass Effect 2 without Mission Overlord and The Shadow Broker.
