Yesterday my PS3 died, no thanks to you people at Bioware.

Unless the list of problems growing in this PS3-based thread are fixed there's no freaking way I'll be able to play the game and therefore you can forget about me supporting your products again. While I'll have no choice but to accept your excuse of an 'artistic' ending with a pinch of salt and somewhat accept the fact you guys refuse to open the online events for us PS3 owners, the Single Player, Multiplayer; pretty much the game itself needs major overhaul.

It's just too filled with freezes, crashes, hard resets, slowdowns, and thanks to your ignorance to deny PS3 owners an Install Option and their pleas for proper fixes, my PS3 is dead as well as a growing number of your once loyal customers whose PS3 consoles are dying much faster than the Reapers' assault on Thessia and Palaven combined!

Think about it I still have to thank you guys for bringing Mass Effect 2 to PS3 back then and I've been close to the character Tali as a result (most of my friends prefer Liara, Ashley or someone else). I was pumped to bring it on with Mass Effect 3 but then as time goes by, these problems are just pushing me away.

If you really care about your customers, fix the PS3 version up...please. I said 'please' bcause I'm assuming no one else here said it yet (I think). Fix the problems, release a new improved version that's better than the Xbox 360 version, I don't care! Just get it done. Once I get a new PS3 again, I'm not sure if I'll ever play Mass Effect 3 again unless you guys at Bioware can show me that you care about us PS3 owners.

Thanks.

Yours sincerely

Jayson619 (PS3 died on 13/4/2012, Singapore)

PS: Perhaps you can release PlayStation Home outfits based on Mass Effect 2 and 3 to mske up for the lack of online events? Just a thought, I'm a PlayStation Home regular.

Fully support you on this Jayson619.  I do hope BW provide a fix for us PS3 users.  I do feel bad that your PS3 broke due to the buggy ME3.

I've been having a lot of problems as well, we can all assume Bioware just hates the PS3, but I think there's more to it than that... I'm at least greatful to be able to play 2 and 3 on my prefered console, I cannot stand the PC for gaming and it's probably one of the factors why I didn't enjoy the first game as much as I did the other 2.

Maybe some of the Bioware people hate the PS3. But if Bioware hated the PS3 they wouldn't have released ME2 in the first place, would they?

Hey Tom,
First off thanks to you and your team for giving us a patch this Tuesday April 10th that fixes the citadel freezing bug on ps3. I would like to ask about the fps issue that i noticed was not on the list of fixes in this coming patch. Are the team still investigating this issue and working on a fix? I would desperately like to know as that was one of the biggest issues out side of the citadel elevator freeze that nearly kills our gaming experience?

once again thanks for reading this and please right back when ever you can

I believe we are still working on PS3 stability but I don't know exactly what that means or what that includes. Sorry!

I think it was alllllll ea's doing on bringing mass effect to ps3

I'm going to stop when I get back my PS3, but still I remained hopeful. Case in question; Elder Scrolls Skyrim, the PS3 version was plagued with problems but Bethesda fixed it up (or so I heard).

They can give a crap about the PS3 and its community. Should be obvious by the game we got and the amount of support it has received. All they are doing is blaming Sony.

You know, I'm going to take out my ME3 disc and never put it back in my PS3 just in case. I can still play ME2.
