Hey there. I joined this site just in time to qualify for The Edge DLC. My profile says that I should have The Edge in my "Registered Game Promotions" sections, but I don't have it in-game or on my DLC page (X360). Additionally, none of my game progress ever uploads. I'm wondering if my inability to redeem The Edge is in any way related.

Any thoughts?

Is the EA account linked to your gamertag the same account linked to this site?

Also did you download the blood dragon armour?
If that is not showing in the registered promotions then your account is not linked properly.

I had everything linked properly before, but my game registration went poof somehow. I've had trouble with everything updating to the site here since the beginning though. We will see if the re-registration helps with that.

Yes, everything is linked correctly and I have the BDA and it works fine as well. Still trying to get some info to upload.

Yes, everything is linked correctly and I have the BDA and it works fine as well. Still trying to get some info to upload.

Is your xbox gamertag displayed in the registered promotions screen?
Just noticed mine is.
If it is then you must be registered correctly. Not sure what it could be then.
