Apparently this isn't going to be addressed by EA so I'm going to request a legitimate answer that isn't the same bullsh*t support keeps feeding me. I purchased 20$ in MS points on the release day of Resurgance. I was fully unaware until after, that the specter packs were bugged and I wasted my money on items i have already.
I've tried emailing, calling, chatting with EA and the only thing I ever get is either information on downloading the dlc, or the commendation pack. It's been half a week and nothing has been announced to reimburse our points or creds we spent while the packs were bugged. I can't even buy more points, so why bother playing?

Contact Microsoft and advise them of the issue, and if you haven't been able to correctly redeem points for content they can reimburse you. I just had 240msp reimbursed for a failed premium spectre pack purchase.
