Taken from a GameFAQ's guide, the credit is not mine. Useful for those not wanting to cheat, but make money with their investment into crafting.

"The only recipe I've found to make money is the Potent Lyrium Potions if you buy from the Tavern
in the Denerim Market. You can make 21 silver 90 copper if you buy Lyrium Dust
from the Quartermaster in the Circle Tower and Flasks, Distillation Agents, and
Concentrator Agents from the Tavern. (You can make another 10 copper per potion
if you buy flasks from Figor in Orzammar)."

Circle Tower sells unlimited Arcane Dust
Gnawled Noble Tavern in Denerim sells unlimited Distillation/Concentrator Agents/Flasks (as does Bodahn in camp, but all of his wares are marked up and overpriced.

Sell the potions back to any vendor and voila. I believe Potent Lyrium Potions require Rank 4 Herbalism so if you want to make money early, put your first 2 skill points from Morrigan into Herbalism 3 and 4.

If you are a Dwarf Noble, you can make money much faster as Gorim in Denerim will pay you twice for any item. When used for Potent Lyrium Potions, this can make you infinite money in relatively short time. Even if you don't make & sell potent lyrium potions, selling any loot to Gorim will make you much more money. This is why I play the Dwarf Noble origin every time I am not a mage.

Item dupe is the only realistic way to up your money. Anything else is just a senseless waste of time.
