Hello,

i have this code i can Redeem on the bioware site for a extra boss orsomething. when i redeem this code it says that it is redeemed when i log in and check my downloadable content it isnt there i have spammed the refresh button but nothing happens, does some one know whats the problem ?

I'm assuming you're talking about the code for Shale. The same thing happened to me. There must be a code generator somewhere that gave someone else our and who knows how many other people's codes. I emailed Dragon Age customer support over a week ago and they are still ignoring me.

I have the same problem... On the case it says clearly "FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT INSIDE" but it does not work... Thanks a lot BioWare...

I have the same problem, used Direct2Drive, and it says my code has already been redeemed why?



what the?? anyway i can get my money back or new code?

They are there but do not let me use them, wants me to buy again...

It's not Bioware's fault that they have already been redeemed. That's someone who is just stealing codes. But Bioware should be better about helping when you've had your code stolen.

Pavonking - If I am understanding you correctly, you have redeemed your registration key (evidenced by the fact you have the DA:O icon under your name), but the DLC is not showing in-game? Have you tried to download it from Your registered game content section after logging in at http://social.bioware.com?

How people manage to unearth 1 year + old threads with no answers yet completely bypass the hundred or so with answers or directions to answers including the ones pinned to the top of this forum continues to boggle my mind.

As one poster in this thread observed more than a year ago, there is a DLC solutions FAQ pinned to the top of this forum. There is also a solutions round-up thread and a beta patch thread titled "1.05 beta patch solves all DLC issues" pinned to the top of the forum. If you require assistance beyond those threads, there is also a thread titled read first with posting instructions.

Do not necro old threads, it's not good board etiquette, can be misleading in some cases and usually shows lazy searching....
