If go down quote vs quote your comparing a science fiction writer to a guy who was one of the most pivotal figures of the twentieth century which promoting peace. Mine has more weight to it.

And here is where your argument fails.

You only want to prove that you are right, while i only want to help others.

And it's a bit hypocritical to use a quote from Gandhi to defend your arguments.

I don't want to harm anyone, i only want to help those who i can.

Your not helping anyone except yourself in your quest to hurt Bioware because they might have hurt your feelings.

I don't want any harm for Bioware.

I have not tried to destroy them in any way.

-I know what I am doing. I have done it before. So successfully I got paid to do it. I still do. This is small potatoes though and strictly for my own amusement.

Yeah, we don't care. There has been a lot of these. Can't you just... you know, leave without making a thread about it?

In short, people who have complaints to lodge or criticism for Bioware should just shut up and not say anything?

Of course, the problem there, even if I agreed with it in principle (which I don't), is that it would allow companies that have gone astray (and, I don't know, been named the worst company in the United States) to avoid having any grasp of why such vitriol existed.

There was a time when companies had to pay gobs of money for the kind of market feedback BW and EA get from discussions like this, so I really don't understand the "shut up, keep your criticism to yourself" sentiment.  What do you care anyway?

If you don't want to read people's criticisms, it sure seems like there's a much easier solution to that than trying to get people to stop airing them.

-Well.... I suppose it was only a matter of time before Bioware got compared to a Messeanic figure...  Is there a "reducio ad christo" or something in rhetoric ?

See, I don't undertand this.  The "self-important whining" has already spurred BW to make changes, and even in the areas where BW didn't cave to pressure (like cut content DLC), they at least learned what the reaction is going to be should the practice continue.  So obviously SOMEBODY "gives a ****" about this.

This is exactly what I'm talking about.  As infuriating as it might be for you, companies WANT this feedback.   They used to have to pay for it. They wouldn't have forums in the first place otherwise.  You think these companies dedicate money and manhours to these forums so all the sycophants have somewhere to congregate?  What good would that do?

And *great* job dealing with the actual issues that people bring up here pro-enders! At least when most of us 'complain' we've got data, facts and real commentary other than "Shut Up! We're sick of hearing you!" Which is what most of you do. Refute issues or ignore them.

And that's especially true as more companies (EA the most blatant among them) start replacing QA with pre-patch game releases. It wouldn't make a whole lot of sense to use your customers as beta testers if you weren't going to listen to what they had to say...

I empathize with the OP.

You guys who are chastising the OP do not know how to run a business. You chase off the customers. Good job.

Keep in mind, you created a thread just like this. Except it was about the "mean" community.

I wish everyone who posted these idiotic threads would just leave the site. Quietly. No one cares. Take your toys and go home. Just shut up about it.

If you want BioWare to work on their issues so you can remain a customer, great. If you want to just share with the world your epically uninteresting tantrum, then just do it offline.

What they have done can not be fixed.

I'm here to give hope to those who have lost it because of bioware.

This is to all who dislike the ending, don't want clarity, etc.

If you want to give hope to those who have lost it because of Bioware, set up a commitee or set of representatives of like minded people who feel estranged from the franchise by the endings, and can communicate this effectively not just shout 'Bah I've been registered for 3 days just to constantly tell you your ME3 ending sucks' and, as a group, representing your movement, request to talk DIRECT to Bioware, and actually take some action and achieve a goal, not this 'HOLD THE LINE!' BS that is constantly trotted out....

To be honest, setting up a fund raiser raising $80000 to 'prove you are serious' does not equal action, sending different coloured cupcakes that all taste the same does not equate to achieving your goals..... and most importantly setting up a poll, writing a new thread about how you hate the game or ending, being unreasonable or lambasting anyone who has the temerity to disagree with you and is hence an individual outside your collective, gains you NOTHING.

Stop talking about taking action, stop being immature and quite frankly getting on everyone's nerves, and actually make what you want to happen, happen. You want them to change the ending, but what are you actually doing to ensure that is a plausible and realisable goal? Because moaning about it on an internet forum, and saying 'Im just going to stay here continuing to 'hold the line' waiting for some magic ending to fall out of the sky and address all the issues', sure as hell ain't going to get you very far.

Yes, it does. You created a thread to say FU to the community. You couldn't just leave. You needed to create a thread about it.

Hypocrite.
