It seems to be completely non-functional from my experience so far. Things just continue attacking me like it isn't there, and I'm not talking about mages or magical enemies that might have true seeing or something to that effect.
Does the sanctuary spell do anything at all?

They have to fail a will save. What level is your cleric and what is his wisdom?

That would explain it, I'm using a favored soul with 8 wisdom, hah. Didn't realize things could save vs. it, I just assumed it'd work like it did in BGII I guess - IDK why since this is 3.5 and it was definitely overpowered when you could heal and buff safely inside it.
