Hi, I have recently tried to played ME2 again through my Steam library (I know you guys arent friends anymore) and I am finding that my Cerberus access is giving me an error saying that my ID is in use. This didnt occur before the change to your EA branded Steam.
Anyway, is there a fix? As a paying customer I find it tiresome to discover that my possessions stop working for some reason beyond my control.
Cerberus NetworkD in use?

Not sure exactly what your issue might be, but is sounds like a hiccough at the Steam end. You'd need to contact their Tech Support to get that straightened out.
(Note: I think you meant "EA: Origins" when you said "EA branded Steam".)
But another (bettrer? more pemanent? ) solution is to use EA Customer Service ("BioWare Game Support" link at the bottom of the page) then "Choose a Game Advisor" and look for the "Live Chat" option. Once you're in contact with the Rep, tell them you want to switch your game from Steam to the EA: Origins version of the digital download. They can look-up you account, see that you're authorized, and make that possible.
(NOTE: Characters and saves will have to be backed-up and restored manually across the two different install paths, but figure you know how to do that.)

That was sarcasm, Origin = EA Steam.
Thanks for the advice, will try the support, but not holding much hope, Australian timezones are pretty much opposite from the USA making it very inconvenient.
