Recently reinstalled my copy of ME1 on my newer win7 PC... The games plays just fine, but it can't find my old saves. I've got a big folder of saves that I kept from my previous PC but it can only find three careers out of about eight... I don't understand why it sees some of them but not all. None of the ones it can find are registered as finished either, so I'd have to play through on Veteran with none of my nice Colossus armor. 

Have I just been dumb and put my saves folder in the wrong place? But if that's the case why can it find 3 of them, which are incomplete ones? I'd like to start again with my gear and such on Insanity. (Currently it's in Documents> Games > Bioware > Mass Effect > save.)

Also when I try to go into "configure" it crashes (tried that running in Admin and not running in Admin). Reinstalling to see if this fixes things but not sure it will help. 

Finally, I can't access my Bring Down the Sky key - didn't think to write it down. I think I may have Pinnacle station as well but it's been a while so I honestly don't remember. Would it be possible for some helpful tech person to check for me? [smilie]http://social.bioware.com/images/forum/emoticons/grin.png[/smilie]


*EDIT* Nevermind about BTDS - found the EA helpsite for BTDS. I'm going to try that first. Question about Pinnacle Station still applies though.

*update* Again nevermind... looks like the profile file was corrupted. Edited that to reflect what I've actually done in game... and now it will let me load up a new game from previous saves... except I just need pinnacle station and BDTS to be working
