Garrus asked me to meet him on the citadel sometime in between Priority: Citadel II and Priority: Rannoch (I'm not sure exactly when). I have just finished Priority: Rannoch and gone back to the citadel, but he is not where he is supposed to be. He should be near the elevator at the docking bay where the Normandy is, and I can see him briefly if I go to another area and return by the elevator, however as soon as I step out of the elevator he disappears. Not sure what to do about it, because my previous save before where I am now is about 4 hours before where I am now
