Upon starting up my Dragon Age 2 disc, I was unable to load any games at all. When I attempt to load any game I get the following message:

Unable to load save game as the required downloadable content is not present on the selected storage device. Please insert a storage device containing the required downloadable content, or download the downloadable content again.
Mage Item Pack II
Warrior Item Pack II

I have never purchased any DLC at all for Dragon Age 2. I have redeemed and downloaded the Black Emporium that came with the game, but I have not actually purchased anything else.

This is extremely frustrating and the lack of any Customer Support has done nothing but further aggravate the situation. Upon my most recent interaction with some company that EA claims is the Customer Support, they told me they don't even work for EA/Bioware and that there is no DLC at all for Dragon Age 2, so obviously, there is no point in attempting to get this resolved through that.

I need this fixed, I can't even play my game that I rightfully purchased.
