In your opinion, what is the saddest scene in ME3?
For me it's Mordin's death hands down.
Saddest Scene?

Toss up between the death of Legion and Mordin for me...but I think Mordin wins it.
Everything was just perfect, the setting, the way you hear him singing along at points...I was on the verge of tears.
It was beautifully done.

When Shepard took the elevator to the realm of fantasy...
and Talis suicide.
Mordins death was also a "good" scene.

THIS. I quit playing for a while when that happened. I then reloaded the save and choose the quarians over the geth (apparently not high enough reputation because I met 5 out of 7 points for the peace talks)

This.
It accidentally happened on my third playthrough when I did the Rannoch quests slightly differently, hearing her crying

The goodbye with Anderson made me cry. I knew about Mordin's death before I played (read a spoiler in my friend's GameInformer magazine), so I was sad but I saw it coming.
The talk with Anderson as he died really touched me. I had a feeling he was probably going to die, but it really felt like everything came full circle when Shepard was with him in the end. "You did good, child. You did good." and "I'm proud of you"... I teared up so much. The mood was perfect.

Legion's upload, when the Rannoch quest is completed Paragon (Geth/Quarian peace).
Also Liara's "gift" in London. Dunno why, just gets me every time.

I *loved* Liara's gift in London. That was probably my favorite goodbye, and my Shepard wasn't even romancing her. It was beautiful.

Mordin's death and the sad thing is....there is no choice, the Krogan are just not ready to be cured, Wrex and Eve are just two Krogan and most are just too violent. Even without the genophage to avenge they'd start wars because that is what they do, that is what started the Krogan rebellions that forced the Turians and the Salarians to create the genophage in the first place, even Eve admits that most would now want revenge....I simply do NOT see enough improvement in them to believe they would be peaceful. Every playthrough I regret having to shoot Mordin and Wrex but trillions of lives are at stake and as a Spectre I have an absolute duty to ensure the universe gets the peace it deserves once the reapers are gone.
From a tactical perspective it also makes the most sense....the real threat are the reapers in the sky far more than the puppets on the ground and the Krogan bring nothing to that. I need the scientists to better build the crucible so it can be aimed only at the reapers and I need the salarian ships to help fight in the sky. Nonetheless at the end of the day I only lose Wrex and Clan Urdnot while I keep all the rest of the Krogan clans and the Turians are on board so at the end of the day that is the best result I can get....rest in peace my friends, you will be missed and honored but trillions of lives hang in the balance, I wish things went differently.

Mordin's death, followed by Legion's. Their death was inevitable, and they fulfilled their purpose before dying.
Also the sad ****ing music that plays during your romance. Ever since I saw Liara's cute face in that flashback at the end (she was my LI so I didn't know she showed up for everyone) I just can't get that song out of my head.
I think that song is called I Was Lost Without You

This too.....even if it was a hallucination or a dream....even when nothing else was good about that crap ending, this one small part was epic. I really do hope that we can somehow save or revive Anderson or that it wasn't really him as per the IT and that he's really ok.

Mordin in the Shroud, singing his song....then BAM! I'm not one to get easily emotional over videogames, but that one caused a lump to appear in my throat.
Also:
Tali - the answer to your question Legion, was "yes".
Legion - I know Tali, and thank you. Keelah se'lai.

No death or heroic sequence or anything like that:
The time capsule - Liara's project. I love the simple idea of it; it is a contrasting scene. You feel proud and sad at the same time. Reminds that all our lives, our conflicts take only a rather negligible stage in a vast cosmic arena. Only sci-fi's dare to underline an idea like that. Well done.

I saved Geth and Quarians, so I didn't get Tali's suicide. But if I did, I would've been shocked and definitely more than a little disheartened.
Mordin's death is an obvious pick, especially so for me, since I very nearly shot him (thought I needed Salarian scientists more than Krogan ground troops, ha, funny for me for thinking it matters). But I let him correct what he thought was a mistake. And in the end, I had to agree with him.
Other than that, Shepard's final scene with Anderson was very well done. Wish they kept in the extended dialogue that showed them talking about family. Would've made that scene even better.
