Since it doesnt say how to contact support i went to live chat (twice, after 1st time transaction failed and 2nd time after transaction failed).
I've been instructed to try later, and i tried other day after again having to earn 99k credits for new pack.
Problem persisted and i got a case number assigned but no solution to the problem.
then i got an email from
customerexperience-noreply@ea.com, about my case number Case #03708776 that the case has been closed.

So 2x99k credits haven't been refunded, no packs were awarded, support case has been closed and i have no idea how to progress further in game if i'm unable to purchase packs, while support isn't able to help me.
Please advise and thanks in advance.
