After uninstalling and REINSTALLING Origin and ME3 completely I'm still getting this error when I start up the game.
"Unable to autrhorize the listed DLC.
Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.
Resurgence Multiplayer Expansion."

I AM logged in with the only account I have. I go to download content and all DLC is downloaded and installed.
However in the game resurgence isn't showing up at all.
I'm really getting frustrated as I've been trying to fix this for 4 days now and I can't join my friends in multiplayer.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to repurchase or re-install the DLC only? Because a complete reinstall didn't fix it.
Ideas?

And I have tried the update and repair options in Origin with no luck.
