I've bought at least 15-20 premium spectre packs since this DLC has launched, and not one of them has contained a new character. 

Does anyone here have worse luck than I do?

I had saved up 3mil before the DLC and all 30 premium spectre packs I bought had new characters and/or guns....

Yep.
I have Striker V, Geth SMG III, Kishock II, but not a single new character.

Guess slightly, lucky...30+ packs now and all have is the AJ.....who wants to bet I will get AJ in event pack (if we actually get them this time around).

Yes, I have bought 10-15 premium packs and 5 or 6 regular spectre packs.

I've gotten the striker, and the geth plasma pistol, but have yet to see any of the new characters. I really want to use geth infiltrator!

Wow, you guys are unlucky... I have all the new character and weapons minus the Geth Engineer...

Infact I got Asari justicar on my first box :|

Wow really?...that's really odd, I don't know what to say then. I guess because I had all the base rares at level X I got nothing but new things in them? Sorry to hear about the poo luck, hang in there though. At least you still have things to get and aren't trolled with endless character cards...

striker rifle, harpoon gun, but only Geth Infiltrator. Got about 15 claymor and geth shotgun.

Ive got all the guns and the new krogan but that's it and I've spent almost one million so far....

 Got the weapons to X and got each charachter (besides both Batarians) at least once ...... Stupid game hates me  I just wanted a damn batarian scum

Man, forget new characters, I'm still waiting for customization for my bloody female vanguard.

I did manage to snag a striker rifle but I can't say I much care for it. Too much recoil for a human soldier to use it effectively, too little ammo for a turian soldier to use it effectively, too little of both plus too much weight for anyone else. I would infinitely have preferred to pick up a justicar or geth.

I finally got one of he new characters yesterday in a premium spectre pack.
I got lucky too since I got a Geth engineer, and that's the one I wanted the most..

I honestly have no clue about how many premium Spectre packs I bought. But I know I bought at least 1 per day.

Only the Asari Justicar so far and the card has come up twice. A ton of weapon upgrades, though... It's only a matter of time.

i stole all the charaters lol, just unlocked my last one (the batarian soldier) now i have to just get the apperance options, harpoon 4, geth smg 2 and striker 2, oddly enough though i havent recieved any of the new equipment, guess they havent added it in yet

Got the Asari Justicar on my first Spectre pack, been buying nothing but Premiums since and all I've gotten were the harpoon gun, Graal and Geth smg

well, here is my experience. I bought about 30 premium spectre pack, and only got the Geth Infiltrator, geth SMG III, Striker Rifle II, Harpoon II. And today, I'm out of cobra and medi-gel, so I decided to buy spectre pack instead. I bought 5 of them, and I got Asari Justicar, Krogan Battlemaster, three Geth SMG, and 1 Striker, 1 harpoon. I mean, WTF.

Downloaded Resurgance when it was released. bought maybe 2 Spectre and 7 Premium Spectre packs when I am able to play and I've only unlocked the Asari Justicar.....and the harpoon rifle 3 times with other weapons.

I still want my Geth Infiltrator

21 Spectre Packs immediately after they were updated with the new content, and I got everything except the Geth Engineer, Krogan Vanguard, and Kishock Harpoon Gun.  I now have all the guns at X, all characters, all customizations on the Infiltrator, and up to secondary on most of the rest.

I'm sorry for stealing them out of your packs.

All I got so far is a Striker I. That's it. I did enjoy the Krogan Sentinel I've unlocked along the way, though, as well as them upgrades for my Disciple.
