This doesn't seem to be working. I have Morrigan set up to buff Telekinetic weapons and for some reason it always drops from my character. The rest of the party always has it but it won't stay up on my character. The only way to get it back is to manually go in and remove the buff..wait for the cooldown...then re-apply it again. Then it drops from my character again at some point but not from anyone else. I don't have this issue with frost weapons.
Anyone else having this issue or am I missing something?

If you die, any buffs you have on at the time don't reapply to you. Basically the buff is applied AT casting and the upkeep is only to keep the already cast buff up. HOWEVER, if you're saying this isn't happening with frost weapon then that's probably not the issue since it works the same for any buff. I have this problem all the time when Morrigan is in my party as I always have frost weapon on.
I don't know if this was intent or an overcite, but it's a royal pain especially if you die and get raised in combat. You either have to do without until the battle is over, or go through all your guys and drop/reapply their maintained spells that affect the whole party.

I didn't mean to imply that it happened when I died but rather at other times. I'm just not sure at what exact point this happens. Maybe when I put the group on "hold" and run ahead to disable traps or some other event. Not sure. Was hoping others noticed this as well and could fill in more details. Maybe it's just me.

Are you switching weapons? That might do it.
