ever since the commendation packs came out, i promoted two players that weekend on saturday duuring the event and recieved nothing. i also never recieved my resurgence pack with a new class unlock. i swear to god im going to put my foot up biowares ass if this doesnt get fixed.

Same here never got the commendation pack. the resurgence pack I think comes out after the weekend finishes. they have to get the data uploaded to reward those who played with the downloaded content.

If you read the briefing for the operation:

It says any one playing the new maps this weekend will get bonus xp and be granted a 'Reserves Pack' which is the Resurgence pack your mentioning, to the best of my knowledge there was never any formal announcement of something called a 'Resurgence Pack' being available in the in-game store. To be honest I think the confusion came from the naming of the DLC, as its actually called Resurgence pack, so I reckon people thought it was gonna be in the in-game store. That granted was bad naming on Bioware's part, but you have to give them a break, they do currently have a rather popular MMO on the go as well as people complaining about the ending of the single player. Some lee way should be allowed. Also with the Comm packs, I'd try not to worry about it too much as they don't really contain much.

Exactly Matish. The RESERVES pack for Operation RESURGENCE wont come out till after the weekend op. BUT they still owe COMMENDATION packs for OP RAPTOR.

When it comes to Comm packs or ANY other awarded packs (other than ones that were never received) always come the next week around Tuesday or Wednesday. You SHOULD get the pack around Tuesday or Wednesday.
As for Op Raptor's packs, you need to contact EA support for those, although it might be too late considering we're into the next weekend. If you never receive the pack on one of the appropriate days, contact support ASAP.

Did that, they claim they halted the packs because some jackasses used an exploit to get multiple packs. Thus they were going to "fix" this and then reissue packs to the people that were owed them.

Thats what I read. I was just getting ready to create this thread when I saw it sitting here. I got my victory pack, never got my comm pack after promoting two characters.

I don't think its within a mile fair that I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get what I AM OWED FOR BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER of this ****ing debacle we call mass effect online multiplayer. Besides, ive not been able to find a link where I can submit a report regarding my issues, just faqs and forums like this.

same here, getting kinda frustrated with broken promises, and a leveling system that doesnt let you upgrade the weapons you want! i hate the Phalanx, SO STOP GIVING IT TO ME! hovering back towards Skyrim 'til you guys fix this!

If your talking about how you get the DLC it's in the Spectre pack. Now the Reserves Pack which gives you a DLC character for free will be out ether Tuesday or Wednesday if you played multi during the weekend

I did not get a Victory or Commendation pack, and I promoted 2 characters that weekend that I would really rather not have promoted.
My registered game content shows a Commendation pack, but no Victory pack.
I don't think I will promote any more of my classes, unless it is a class that I never use and they are maxed to level 20 via those character cards. LOL, my Vanguards are already level 13 and I've never touched them.
