Sorry I'm making a new post here as this problem might have been
solved somewhere else but it seems impossible to find with so many
people running into so many problems with this game.  I've been sifting
through websites for weeks now and trying different fixes and nothing
has worked so far.

In game, I get a message that the DLC cannot be
authorized.   Trying to connect to the Cerberus
network using the “right laptop” I get a message immediately that the
connection has been interrupted or has timed out, try again later.

I was able to enter the Cerberus code on the website and have
downloaded and installed all the DLC aswell as a few purchased DLC.

I never created a 2nd
account with EA so I can’t see that being the problem.  I’m not sure if I have EVER seen that laptop
open… maybe the very first time I opened the game but I can’t be sure.

I thought there might be a problem with the different
accounts so I repurchased the Cerberus network again and wasted $15 as nothing changed.

Have tried turning off my firewall and have entered 4 lines
of code into the command prompt (found on one of the forums), opened the ports
listed in the readme  I did ping tests and a UO trace as asked by the EA tech and
they said nothing so I assume that my internet connection is not the problem.

I'm working through a router and have tried both connecting directly
to the modem and pushing the reset button on the back out the router.

I feel like I’m getting to the point where I should look for
cracks already but would like to find a legitimate way to fix this.  But after 12+ hours I’m losing patience fast.

Any ideas?

I've waited until your question was a day old to respond myself. That's because I never buy digital downloads. If it's not on a disk, free from various apron strings, such as Origin and Steam, I don't buy it. However, you are complaining about a SITE problem in the GAME forum anyway.

There is a separate forum that actually does have a limited amount of real oversight from Bioware's own people (no such thing in here), dedicated to your class of problems.

I totally agree with you there. Plus I find that DLC is rarely worth the price you pay (found that out from buying Oblivion DLC).
Sorry about posting in the wrong area. Maybe that's why I can't seem to find any help for my problem.

I'm sure I already found the other site you are refering to and tried everything they had listed in there. But I'll take another look for it again and try posting this in there.

Hello,
I have two emails and I made the
stupidity to record a code on a mail cerberus free.fr
(Goku[...]antes) when I wanted to gmail.com (Goku[...]44) I
would like to transfer the gmail.com, then change the email on free
gmail. Is that possible?
Between origin and EA bioware I got lost.

for
cerberus I am soon to end and I still do not know what
gives the code comes with the game menu where you click on ME2
"resume" "success", etc ..., the connection is right but I cerberus
just see previous next with some info. On the left menu
there additional content that refers to bioware, but it's dark ...

i'm french, there is NO answer in french section
