O_o. In what universe is the Black Widow "lousy". The other two are very good as well.

Not really sure what to say about this beyond 'you're doing it wrong'.

Each and every weapon from Spectre Requisitions is one of the best in its class. There's a open debate as to whether the Carnifex is better than the Paladin or the Valiant is better than the Black Widow... but to say they're just lousy is simply nonsense.

Valkyrie pops heads quite well, but the Revenant has more dakka.

And it's still not enuff.

N7 Hurricane is beast on a Vanguard. It's probably the best SMG for squamates.

Yeah all my SMG squaddies use the Hurricane. My shep uses a hurricane/valiant combo.

The Valkyrie is pretty decent

Hurricane is nice on a Vanguard with ULM, since it's got almost no weight.
VERY powerful, and being a VG can get you close enough range for it to be effective.

Yeah, I find a way to use the hurricane, even though the recoil is brutal, valiant is an awesome sniper rifle, too heavy though, eagle is also Great, magazine size is good though the talon is my favorite pistol, as for the crusader..not enough experience with it! The Valkyrie? Only second to the vindicator, good goun though the magazine size is kinda low

I am using the Valkyrie on my Insanity run. I am finding it to be pretty effective.

I tend to use the Eagle and Hurricane more than the other N7 weapons.

N7 weapons probably work best with the soldier class. I prefer a scoped valkyrie out of bunch. Valient is great too

Respectfully disagree. The Valiant is the easiest Sniper Rifle to use in the game, particularly useful for character classes that don't have built-in combat powers. And the Hurricane is basically a faster-firing shotgun with 1/4 the weight. They feel like they were designed for non-soldiers, if anything.

Except for the Crusader, which appears to be designed for people who want mighty cooldowns.

Valkyrie (Thought I still mod the Valkyrie to have the weight of a Vindicator) for my Sentinel.

PS: I think they increased the weight of the pre-orders to avoid players calling foul on the pre-order buyers having some sort of "advantage".

Possibly. I'm not convinced that there was much thought put into weapon weights. Both the Argus and the Valkyrie were advertised as being top-end gats for the discerning space marine, and hence I wouldn't be surprised if that just meant 'whack on the top-end weight stat'.

Unfortunately, unlike the Revenant and the PArticle Rifle that they share the same weight stat with, they were more alternatives to the Vindicator than anything else. Wires crossed.

In SP black widow is not an N7 weapon. Technically, it isn'nt N7 in MP either, but ultra-rare. However, everyone in MP calls it N7.

Definitely need to try that on my Soldier. I've recently discovered the Indra is decent when upgraded. It's basically a long range machine gun, with explosive incendiary ammo it tears **** up.
