I noticed that I'm missing a lot of secondary codex entries on a New Game + playthrough. The entries are intact in my initial playthrough.

I only noticed this error around a third of the way into the game, so I'm not certain if this has been the case throughout the entirity of this playthrough or if it is a new development.
