I'm posting here with reference to my EA Support case, #03522798, because I don't want to have to struggle through the process of getting to someone who isn't just copy-pasting the Troubleshooting page link again, and this is a problem that can hopefully be fixed by the BioWare team - fairly easily.

As noted in Case #03522798, I was able to get the Goliath Commendation Pack entitlement added to my account (I had not received it after Operation Goliath, despite completing the objective). Unfortunately, it appears that the expiry timer for the pack was not extended for me, and the pack failed to appear in-game for me. I'm hoping someone here can fix it without requiring the opening of a third EA Support case (there was also a live chat, explained in one of the emails in #03522798), as it was not a pleasant experience.

---PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT REFERRING TO THE OPERATION RAPTOR PACKS.---
I am aware that the Raptor packs have been delayed due to an exploit.

Well, I now have my Raptor pack, but still no Goliath pack. Surely it's not too hard to just make the timer run out a few days from now in the future, instead of the past?
