I am having some problems activating Dragon Age 2 on my Macbook Pro because I have forgotten the email address I had used for activating the game on my PC, which is currently broken. For starters, I am sorry if this is the wrong place for me to post this because I couldn't find the right forum for this sort of thing.
Basically, I have just forgotten what my email address was. I have used many from bigpond, gmail, and optusnet and I can't really remember which one. I went into "Forgot Password?" and tried putting in any emails I could remember into the bar, but none of those emails existed.
I can remember all of the details for my other account (Billyro) except for the email address. For this account, I never properly set it up for this site, so none of the details or emails show up on it. I also know what serial number I used to install Dragon Age 2 with, but I can't re-use it because it is linked to the other account.
Does anyone know where I can contact Bioware to solve this problem? I looked at the Bioware contact details, but there appears to be no email address that I can contact to resolve this. I think there was one email dedicated to lost emails and lost passwords, but it had a note underneath that said it was no longer in use.
