I have downloaded the resurgence pack update and find that I do not have access to the content. I have everything on that is supposed to be on, yet I have no new maps and do not see places for new characters to appear like they should. I see that PC owners are having a similar issue, is anyone else having this problem for xbox 360 or am I alone in this? Is there a solution that I cannot seem to find? any help would be appreciated.

I had this problem too. I went to download the pack again and it started at 98% (even though it prompted to download again rather than resume), and it works for me now. Maybe give that a try?
