Exactly. For many of them it just doesn't fit their personalities. I can't see Garrus as bisexual or even Ashley. It wasn't a stretch for Kaiden to be that way in my mind, I always got that impression anyway.

Much in the way that Tali doesn't have a lesbian option, Garrus doesn't have a gay option. I just don't think it's in their characters, and they're such fan favorites that it might seem disingenuous to change them in that way.

Just like I think it'd be wrong to turn Traynor or Cortez straight. It's not their character.

Love this thread . I kind of prefer Kaidan (for romance), but Garrus is 2nd in my opinion for my mShep. He was my best buddy though which is awesome still

Don't get me wrong, I think it's good that there were same sex relationships in ME, but it would just feel weird if everyone suddenly turned bi.

Agreed. Though Ashley was supposed to be available to either initially as well, but her line delivery and dialog never left my any impression she was interested in women. So it seems out of place for her, but not Kaiden. The sexuality of the characters for the most part, I think is handled exceptionally well in Mass Effect 3.

That was likely more of a comment on the awkward hospital scene where you are just checking up on your friend and he hits on you out of the blue. You think you are havinga  bro moment and he just takes it the other way

I don't think Garrus should be a s/s li. Kaiden is bi and Steve is s/s two. If you want to romance Garrus just play femshep
