Basically, I start the game, and in the lower left corner it says Logged Out. I click on it to log in, see that my email address is saved but my password is not. I enter my password, "Contacting Dragon Age Servers" fades in and disappears promptly after becoming opaque. No "cannot contact servers", no "servers are too busy", nothing. If these servers are down permanently, then I need a new way to obtain the DLC I just bought for the game, since it requires a connection to download from the ingame client.

A thought occurs... Is it possible my password is being rejected for being too long or containing special characters? An absurd notion, when you stop to think that the rest of EA's services allow for special characters in the password.
