Both ME2 and The Hunger Games are regarded as good products. The polls and the reviews refect that.

The polls and the reviews about ME3 reflect how badly the ending sucked.

Firstly, I like how you cut off the rest of my response. But you "just present, not editorialize", right?

I like to focus on a specific part of a post. Anyone can go read your post above. I also usually try to avoid stacked quotes that add miles to the length of a post too.

One reason for polls and reviews is to determine the consensus. Who cares if you disagree with the consensus.

Have you ever seen me angry? I've seen you angry a bunch of times on this forum.

So in a quote and writting games you guys back up a blind person ..

Hmm says so much for your own intellect capacity and laughing at yourself .
I find that disorder funny , you agree to somebody making a fool of himself that he wrote himself .

So next time read things and understand , but I guess in your case it doesn´t do any good .

Take your own advice and read things and understand, but I guess in your case it doesn't do any good.

So you admit you don´t even know what you wrote yourself ?

Good boy , go trough your own lines and read it up loud in the mirror.

What? I wasn't even admitting anything in that post.

How about you take your own advice again, go read your posts out loud in front of a mirror and then come back and tell me you're making one bit of sense.

Speaking of not even knowing what you write, what's your excuse for this butchering of the english language? here's a tip, if you're going to talk down to someone, don't make yourself look bad in the process. It completely ruins the point. Now you can run along and think about what you did wrong and reflect.

You know big companies do indeed have "social media opinion shapers".

The more I read the same six names over and over and over claiming how the world/silent majority/wtf whoever just looooooove ME3 including the endings, and how over 60 thousand crybaby morons just don't get this artistic masterpiece the more I am convinced that this is what we're dealing with here.

I mean some of these guys, despite the speed of these forums, pop up in EACH AND EVERY single anti-BW thread within minutes all hours of the day, with the same concerted "you're all wahwahwah everyone loves ME3 gameplan"

Nice try, I guess from a company that puts a quote out of context like that insinuating the biggest dissatisfied outcry of a fanbase heard to date is indeed a rave in line with the 75 perfect scores this is what one should expect.

Nice.

PR took two truthful statements and put them together in a misleading fashion. An unaware person will think the unprecedented response was because the "conclusion" was good.

So now we go the next argument , I want to bet 2 post on you forgot what you wrote down .

Yes, but realistically.. there IS a marketing plan in place and it's not like Bioware is going to completely hault every advertisement, interview, or promotion they have because of the ending fiasco.  They're not going to just slink away into a dark corner, as they sort the problem out.  Regarding the statements made before release.. well, yeah, those were just outright stupid.  But the ones after release?  It's part of their marketing calendar.  Most likely the developers are working on the solution, DLC, and other projects, while another segment of the company -- probably EA headed at this point -- is focused on pushing all and any products from the company.

Whether or not you were happy with the ending has nothing to do with the fact that Mass Effect 3 is a huge triple A game that is still quite fresh on the market.  You'll see advertisements like this until the next big thing comes along.

True dat. I guess the one thing to take away from that is the final realization that BW has really turned from fan-oriented studio to just another corporate giant affiliated content pusher.

Shame really.

Firstly, I like how you cut off the rest of my response. But you "just present, not editorialize", right?

Secondly, I've read The Hunger Games movies. I've seen the movie. I thought they were "okay" at worst, "decent" at best. I have no overwhelming need to go post reviews about it or vote in polls about it, because I thought it was "okay" at best, and "decent" at worst. I'm not passionate about it, so I don't care that much.

Thirdly, I loved ME2. It, to me, is the second best video game I have ever played. I love it. I own all the DLCs. I have no need to post in polls or write reviews about it because I don't care if the "masses" agree with me. If someone asks, I will tell them, but as much as I love it, I will not go and shove my opinion down someone's throat.

Fourthly, you all are pissed, viruently, about ME3. You demand BioWare listen to you, you berate anyone who disagrees with you, and you infest and demean any site that likes ME3. You are the very definition of "herd mentality" - "you must agree with us, or be wrong". You do vote on polls and write reviews because that is the only way with which you can try to prove that "most" people agree with you, even though you're the only ones doing the voting and reviewing.

Please, tell me you can see the difference in these three examples.

I will do what you would do and say something like this: I love it how you erase the rest of what he said and then adress it anyway.
I bet if you saw a poll about it you would vote, or had strong feelings one way or another you would become active once you found out about the fact that their was an issue.
"Herd mentality", no. I have my own ideas, the others can say as they will. But the basic "endings must be changed" idea is agreed on by most of us gamers with internet access.

When the britishe people can butcher own language , I can do the hell I want with my writings .
And like I said , I don´t care about EGO or look good or look bad .
It is not important to me , people cannot make sense of somebody writings .
They cannot keep up with society , who´s language is always changing .
Sorry that is the sad thing , reading comprehension is long lost forgotten art .

And If you think that context applies to you sadly it doesn´t , it applies to the person I reply too .
Just as this is a reply to you .

Definitely you.  I can understand everyone else in the forums and what they are trying to convey.  Even those I"ve had heated arguments with I understood them.  Only AJRimmsey makes weird statements trying to elicit some response.  I can't even tell what you are trying to say.

Yeah i'm not sure why that's hard to grasp.  While you have to give that person credit for the way they spun it, I'm pretty sure that wasn't the way to go to win over people who are upset with you.
